  • Pathfinders is seeking a part-time or full-time Coordinator of Support Services to ensure that children with diverse developmental, emotional, and learning needs are fully supported across our place-based enrichment program. This role works closely with families, Guides, and leadership to implement inclusive practices, provide individualized support strategies, and coordinate referrals and wraparound resources. Position is based out of our Bankers Hill, San Diego location and includes regular time spent in the field with children.

    Ideal candidates will have experience in special education, child development, social work, or related fields, and a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and whole-child support in dynamic, community-based environments.

  • Pathfinders is seeking a part-time Mandarin Teacher to serve children ages 5–12. The responsibilities of this role would be to teach fun, hands-on language classes Monday through Thursday from 11am–3pm at our enrichment center in Bankers Hill.

    Must be fluent in Mandarin and experienced in engaging young learners in a developmentally appropriate way that aligns with our program’s values.
