Our 2025-2026 cohort is in session from August 11, 2025-July 17, 2026. Our year-round program is closed for all federal holidays and a handful of seasonal breaks. Please see our full break & holiday closure schedule below:

Please be advised that Phoenix House offsets tuition to reflect our closure dates by charging half tuition in December and no tuition for the month of July. This ensures that families are credited for our closure dates and frees up funds for families to pay for alternative care on closure dates if needed.

As a courtesy, Phoenix House will also happily match families with alternative care, normally a trusted nanny or nanny-share, for care on closure dates.

Phoenix House anticipates that we will have some unique mid-year enrollment opportunities between May-July 2025 due to the expansion of our childcare license. Our program is eligible for expansion after April 17, 2025 and we anticipate that our licensing agency will swiftly grant this expansion request allowing us to expand our services to more families within the community.

Families who wish to join mid-year will sign an Admission Agreement to finish out the 2024-2025 cohort year and immediately segue into the 2025-2026 cohort year, upon return from our annual summer break.

No. Upon initial enrollment children have a guaranteed spot in our program until up to six years of age or until they leave our nest to attend transitional kindergarten (TK) or kindergarten (K). That said, families must recommit to enrollment for the following program year each June if they plan for their child to return in August after our annual summer break.
